Strange days

It's clear enough that UK is having big floods problems at the moment. It seems to be the highest Thames level since it's recorded and the rainiest winter since 1760something.
On one side Teddy and me have chosen the new home -and that's fine, a good news- and on the other side we are sad for this situation, that we are facing directly, at the workplace, that is one of the most alerted by the Environment Agency.
I am always sad for people involved in these natural issues, wherever it happens and I am happy to be able to give the informations and the good advices I have been told, if asked.
Let's hope for the best, while Teddy is safe and sound in his hole and I try to do the same ;)

Thames in Surrey

E' abbastanza chiaro che in UK ci sono grossi problemi di esondazioni al momento. Pare che il Tamigi non sia mai stato tanto alto da quando viene misurato e che si tratti dell'inverno più piovoso dal 1760 e qualcosa.
Da un lato Teddy e io abbiamo scelto la nuova casa, il che è una buona notizia, dall'altro lato stiamo affrontando questa situazione personalmente, essendo il luogo di lavoro tra i più allertati dall'Environment Agency.
Mi rattrista sempre vedere persone coinvolte in queste situazioni di carattere naturale, ovunque accada, e sono felice di poter dare le informazioni e i suggerimenti che mi vengono a mia volta segnalati, se richiesti.
Speriamo per il meglio, mentre Teddy se ne sta al sicuro nel suo buco e io cerco di fare lo stesso ;)

It's winter even if it's not so cold (yet...?) but sometimes it rains... a lot. Really a lot.
So enjoying my hibernation in my warm hole I keep an eye to our glorious Thames, that goes up and down... luckily down!
I really hope it will go back to its usual level because other bear-friends are having some problems at the moment. In the end, it's only 3 or 4 months to go...!!! Where are you Spring?

Waiting for it I want to leave some 4seasons/4 places pics of this important river.

E'.inverno, anche se non troppo rigido (non ancora...?) però talvolta piove e tanto anche.
Quindi passando il mio letargo al calduccio nel mio buco tengo un occhio sul nostro glorioso Tamigi che in questo periodo va su e giù, anzi, per fortuna giù!
Spero davvero che torni presto ai suoi livelli usuali perchè alcuni amici orsetti stanno avendo problemi in giro.
Alla fine mancano solo 3/4 mesi... Dove sei Primavera?
